Phone numbers

1 — Buy from inventory
We provision through our wholesale carrier. Click Add number, pick country + area code, browse available numbers, click Buy. Live in under a minute. You get inbound + outbound, STIR/SHAKEN attestation, and reputation monitoring built in.
Pricing per number is on the line-item of your invoice — typically $1-3/month plus per-minute usage.
2 — Bring your own carrier (BYOC)
For customers with existing SIP trunks. We register a SIP endpoint pointing at your carrier; you keep all your existing relationships and rates. Setup:
- Add number → Bring your own carrier.
- Enter the number, your SIP server URI, username, password.
- On your carrier's side, configure inbound DID to forward to our SBC at
sip.viciagent.com. - Save. We test the connection and mark the number active.
End-user (KYC) assignment
Every active number must be tied to a verified end-user record (TCPA / KYC compliance — we need to know who's using the number, not just who's paying for the account). Manage end-users under Settings → Compliance → End-users.
Routing
Once a number is active, point it at an agent under Inbound routing. Numbers without an agent send callers to voicemail.
