VICIagent is the no-code AI phone agent platform from VoIPexpert. We let small and mid-market teams stand up production-grade voice agents in under 30 minutes — without writing code, hiring a voice engineer, or paying enterprise telephony rates.

Why we built it

Telephony software has been split for two decades into either open-source dialers (powerful, painful to operate) or enterprise SaaS (polished, $50k floor). The teams in the middle — agencies running 5-50 simultaneous campaigns, ops teams handling support, sales orgs with 10-200 reps — have been forced to pick one.

We sit in the middle. The wizard flow gets you from signup to first call in ~30 minutes, and the underlying stack is the same predictive-dialer + AI-agent stack the largest operators run. As you scale, the same product still works.

The stack

Premium voice infrastructure: low-latency TTS, sub-200ms first-token LLM, STT-based voicemail detection (~98% accuracy vs the ~70% of older mod_avmd). FreeSWITCH + Kamailio for telephony. PostgreSQL + Redis + BullMQ for the application. Cloudflare for edge / WAF / DNS.

We deliberately keep the underlying voice-provider stack opaque to customers — you pick a plan, we pick the best combination of STT + LLM + TTS for your call volume and latency requirements. That lets us upgrade providers without breaking your integration every six months.
