Account setup
After signup, before first callVerify your email
We sent a verification link the moment you signed up. Click it. Some features (placing live calls, buying phone numbers) will eventually require a verified address — get this out of the way early.
Lost the link? Settings → Profile → Resend verification email.
Pick a data region
US or EU. The region locks the moment you place your first call, because recordings live physically in that region's R2 bucket and we can't quietly migrate them across jurisdictions. Change it under Settings → Compliance → Data residency before you go live.
Set your timezone
Default is America/Los_Angeles. Drives when daily-digest emails land and anything else that says "8am local". Change under Settings → Profile → Timezone.
Invite teammates
Settings → Team → Invite. Each invite carries a role:
- Owner — billing access, can delete the account.
- Admin — everything except billing + delete.
- Supervisor — can pause/resume campaigns, listen to live calls.
- Analyst — read-only. Sees data, can't change anything.
Enable 2FA
Strongly recommended. Settings → Security → Two-factor authentication. Save the 10 recovery codes somewhere safe — they're your only way back in if you lose your phone.
